ALL ABSTRACTS ARE NOW UNDERGOING REVIEW AND AUTHORS WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE STATUS OF THEIR ABSTRACTS BY THE END OF MAY, 2012.

The Scientific Committee is pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for consideration at the SIOP Congress 2012 taking place from 5th -8th October, 2012 at the Barbican Centre, London, UK

Original abstracts should be submitted on subjects relevant to one of the following categories:

• Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
• Other leukaemias and MDS
• Lymphomas
• Bone tumours
• Histiocytosis
• Germ cell tumours
• Renal tumours
• Neuroblastoma
• Retinoblastoma
• Soft tissue sarcomas
• Liver tumours
• Rare tumours
• Brain tumours
• New drugs/experimental therapeutics
• Epidemiology
• Late effects
• Supportive care/Palliative care
• Psychosocial
• Others
• Nursing
• ICCCPO
• Surgery (IPSO)
• Radiation Oncology (PROS)

Authors must select one category from the above list that best describes the content of their abstract.

Authors should also choose one sub-category from the list below:

• Basic/Translational Research
• Clinical Research

Oral presenters will be allotted 15 minutes for the presentation to include questions & answers. Prizes will be awarded for the best posters.

Abstracts must be received by the deadline date of 2nd April 2012 (24:00 Central European Time)

Abstracts received after this deadline will NOT be accepted.

Faxed or posted abstracts will NOT be accepted.

All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee and will be accepted for oral presentation, poster presentation or rejected.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the Journal of Pediatric Blood and Cancer.

After selection, all presenting authors will be sent full details regarding the scheduling of their presentation, including the time and date as well as the format of the presentation.   In the case of poster presentations, details of the size and layout will also be provided.
